I applied online. I interviewed at Truist in Apr 2022
Interview
Not difficult it’s varies by location/state overall normal banking culture nothing out of the ordinary for the interview process was decent and straight to the pint with abit of confidence and knowledge you got it
First a recruiter called with a phone interview then I had an in person interview with two different people. Questions were easy to answer as it was a first job and I had little experience.
The interview phone screen was quick and simple and lasted roughly 10 minutes. I was informed of next steps and i received a call back the next day. The second call was basically on boarding and job offer
I applied online. I interviewed at Truist (Palm Harbor, FL) in Sep 2022
Interview
Quick. The manager was very cold. I wouldn't work there or bank there. She seemed to have the personality of a stump. I'm surprised they have customers. The whole branch was robotic.
