Interview
I thought the interview processes were good, but very time consuming. Was interviewed 4 different times in 2 weeks. Was sure I got the job but after interviewing with the director, I received no call back, no email or text message. I was basically ghosted. I sent thank yous and follow ups, and nothing. I finally called and got the TA, who basically said they felt like I didn't realize how much background work was involved. When any trainer knows you will put more time in development then facilitating a curriculum. I think it was rude after I took so much time from my current position for the interviews and having to make up time loss from work, I at least deserved an email.
