The process was very streamlined. First, I had an interview with the recruiter. After that, I was asked to complete a few tests related to the position. Once I passed the tests, I was interviewed by several people I would be working directly with if I were to be approved. I really liked this approach because it allows both sides to get a sense of each other, they can see if I’d be a good fit for the team, and I get the chance to learn more about the company and their expectations for the role.
