Processo divido em três etapas: Entrevista de FIT Cultural (RH), Entrevista Técnica e Entrevista com Coordenação. Todos os entrevistadores foram extremamente educados e cordiais e suas perguntas coerentes com cada etapa e desafio da vaga.

Houve um primeiro contato telefônico do recrutador onde a empresa foi apresentada rapidamente e então o convite para a entrevista presencial. Na entrevista presencial houve a apresentação formal da empresa pela equipe de RH e mais duas entrevistas técnicas com as lideranás técnicas da empresa.

Interview
The technical test is a Web Scrap API. When you pass this phase, there is an interview with HR and then with 1 developer and the IT manager.
The company has an old software architecture tied to old standards, not allowing it to scale horizontally.
