First had a quick talk with the hiring manager which was very friendly. Moved on to Step 2 which was to meet the Design Manager in which we basically just socialized for one hour. Very friendly also. However 2 minutes before the interview ended we did the actual case presentation which was the actual intention of the meeting.. it felt not very structured. After the interview i didn't hear anything from them for two weeks and when they finally contacted me they said i didn't move on to Step 3. I then asked for an explanation to understand their way of thinking and to improve. Never got a reply back. Final thoughts: Friendly but very slow response time and the overall recruitment process & testing of skills could be more prefessional and structured.
