No integrity from the interviewer. False promises made during an interview then disappeared and disconnected.
Promised for the next round during the interview but HR said no in few days.
I suspect that they use interviewees for picking up industry insights and strategies.

Smooth interview process as all interviewers are very nice, respectful, and ask useful questions. They have an HR call followed by a few tests (coding, english, profile), and a technical interview with the area manager.

Eu tive uma conversa com uma recrutadora e foi bem tranquilo, falei um pouco dos projetos que desenvolvi e dos meus objetivos. Também teve uma conversa curta em inglês para que ela avaliasse meu inglês previamente. Após a entrevista teve uma etapa com alguns testes e um desafio técnico.
