Trustly Technical Customer Success Manager interview questions

A recruiter approached me to apply and subsequently I had the opportunity to have an interview with HR - one to one. During the interview, the HR seemed distracted from the very beginning of the call. Furthermore, she was unpolite to cut short when I answered her questions to highlight the key points of my experience and skill set, and why I want to join Trustly. Trustly have great payments and data solutions - however, with regard to the recruitment process, I feel it is unfair how they treat candidates, most of them study for the interview beforehand for days or weeks. In my case, I was well-prepared for the interview but was only one to one with the HR, rather than for example HR and Hiring Manager, so basically if the HR has no clue what the job role consists of, and perhaps take the wrong perspective of you.... the odds of a successful interview process are low. I wish I had read glass door reviews beforehand.
