My sense is that recruiters find people with really strong resumes/backgrounds, and then the interview process is to determine cultural fit. The interviews were all quite behavioral. The company is growing quite rapidly, so they did funnel me through the interview process really quickly - it was very efficient, but forced me to make decisions quite quickly!

Phone Screen with HR > Phone Screen with Hiring Manager > Four 30 min Behavioral Interviews with Execs > Final Conversation with Hiring Manager
