Very unorganized interview process and recruiting team. It is likely the team was at the end of the interview process for the role. It seemed like the interviewers and the recruiter were not connected. I received multiple requests for the initial interviews, and then the team reached out without prior heads-up from the recruiting team. It was one of the most weird interviewing experience I have had.
