Worthwhile interviewing at TuSimple for 3 reasons. First, responsive communication and support from the recruiting team was crucial. Both Tammy Lau and John Drucker provided guidance and insight to help the interviews go well for both sides. The second reason is respect. Every one of the multiple zoom interview calls started and ended on time. Some of the interviewers were very busy senior people but they were prompt and very engaged during the interviews. Lastly, the process was flexible. Resume was provided to several teams for different positions resulting in an increased hiring opportunity.
