      Corporate Strategy & Development Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TuSimple (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2021

      Interview

There were 3 rounds in total. 1 With hiring manager 2 Team member 3 On site case interview All the feedback I got was very positive. They made me work on a case prompt that I gave my heart and soul to but ended up with a generic rejection email. Inspite of hearing bad reviews about how this companies employees are, i still went ahead. The team members are low caliber consultants. My friends told me that TuSimple makes them do the work via "Case prompts" and once they get the powerpoint, they reject the candidate. Extremely toxic behavior and culture. I got a feeling during my interview process when the hiring manager was like " What are 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses" - I am a MBA from a Top3 school. Bruh! Waste of time.
