I have been interviewed with TuSimple for Technical Engineering Manager role recently, and the whole process was very smooth. At first, the recruiter is very responsive and she scheduled the screening and the following virtual interviews very quickly based on my availability. HR has asked me to provide some availability after 6PM due to some timezone issue, fortunetaly all interviews been scheduled between my work hours (which I should thanks a lot for her work). Secondly, the whole interview process is very professional and intense of course. For all candidates, the most important part is getting the result quicker, and TuSimple did that very good, and I got my result just few days later. And during the update, HR has elaborated the offer package very detail, and also helped to explain some detail for some benefit.
