Question 1
No specific question, only design work related one
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TuSimple (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The overall interview process with TuSimple was decent. I really enjoyed talking with various members of the team including the PM/manager and the UX designers. The interviews are very well structured and the interviewers are informative about the company and very approachable.
The technical recruiter Sarah was able to promptly reply to my questions all the time. Although the entire interview process took a bit more than 3 months due to scheduling conflicts, she was able to have regular check-ups with me and bring visibility into the whole process.
