The interview panel was sufficiently large enough for me to determine there is a serious lack of diversity on the team and that was a major concern for me. The interview was disorganized, unstructured, and the questions were not standardized so I don't know how they're making determinations on qualified candidates if they're just "winging it". Content of questions ranged from T1 to Engineer and covered three roles indicating the questions were not specifically created for the role at hand. One interviewer in particular scoffed at my response to a question which was inappropriate and disrespectful. andthe entire experience sent the message to me that they don't need the help bad enough despite struggling for years on a migration with the existing team! Years!! Applied for a second job, different department because of the experience I had with the first department. Found out they put a freeze on hiring - just another red flag to me.
