time consumed is quick. Quick call. The pre-processing and phone screen are quick. But their JD, title vs. their own demand from a candidate is totally out of my expectation

Question 1
The JD does not quite match what the Title said. I was requested to complete a Full Stack Coding Challenge for this position (back end-front end, REST API, JSon, html, css, . I don't even know why they require the candidate who applies for this position to know as much as a junior SWE experience. Are they trying to get a good SWE for this position with this title so they can pay a little lower in the market?
