This position had a 4-part interview process. The first interview was with the Design Director and it was a basic call discussing the position and one of my projects. The second interview was a design exercise. The third interview was a portfolio review that was meant to be in front of a panel but it ended up being only with the Director again. I was turned away before the final interview. They offered to give me feedback via a call if I was interested, and I listened to what they had to say. This was a very long and tedious process for an internship position.
