Applied, got online assessment, had a non-technical phone screen with an engineer, then proceeded to get rejected. Disorganized process. Took 1 month after application to get an OA, then another month after submitting the OA (which I did well enough on) to get an interview scheduled. After that, I was tentatively scheduled for a technical, only to receive an automated rejection email. I found this a bit strange, and thought it could be a mistake, so I reached out to my recruiter, only for her to let me know that they ran out of budget. She didn't even have the courtesy to let me know until I emailed her about it. She then proceeded to write me a two-liner email (with a typo, mind you) bluntly stating that they're closing the role. I would hope this is not the standard experience, but
