Including the assignment, interview prep, interviews themselves and travel I probably invested 20-25 hours in this process. I received positive feedback throughout After the final round, I promptly received a generic "thank you for your time but you're unsuccessful" email. When I followed up for feedback, I was simply told I didn't have "enough experience". I think it's extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional to have candidates invest a significant amount of time and effort into the interview process to then be presented with a generic, templated email response. You should at the very least provide constructive feedback. Why interview someone for a month for a role they're apparently too inexperienced for? If this is how they treat candidates, I dread to think how they treat employees. Major red flags
