I received an email asking me to schedule an interview call. I confirmed a time, and five minutes after the video call was supposed to start, I received an updated invite with a note: "Sorry, can we push it to tomorrow at 2:30?". There was no asking if I was available the next day, and as mentioned, it was 5 minutes after the interview was supposed to start, When we did connect the next day, it was pretty short. I was asked about my recruiting history and compensation expectations. I was then told I was a great fit and they would bring me forward. It was specified that the process would move quickly as they were eager to hire. The Recruiter apologized for the short call but said it was intended to be that way. I never heard anything from them again; there was no decline or future interviews.
