I had a 9 week interview process that involved 4 Zoom calls, 2 in-person office interviews with 3 C-level members, and a 45-minute case study presentation, for an individual contributor position. I spent 23 days waiting to hear an update after my final interview after being told I would hear within a week re: offer or not. When I was contacted, I was told that they had shifted the responsibilities of the role to be more senior and they felt I was not up to the task.
