The interview process starts with a recruiter scanning your profile and skills, presenting the company and reviewing your skills. Then comes an interview with the recruiting manager for 45 minutes. Next step is a panel interview where you present a use case and also your start plan. Finally you get another interview with your n+2 and finally with HR

Interview
The recruiter was great and responsive. However the first interview with the hiring manager was a master class with me providing the lesson. My suggestion protect your IP, they are interviewing lots of people and recording the session so that they can build upon crowd sourcing information from candidates.!
