First round was a technical phone screen with an engineering lead. Very basic questions on a lot of topics, such as algorithms, data structures, software design, scripting, etc.
Second round was an onsite, four 1-hour interviews. Two were with engineering leads, one was with an engineering director, and one was with the VP of engineering. All four were mostly if not entirely technical, with a small focus on my background/experience. Two of the interviews were about Google/Amazon/Facebook difficulty level, the other two were easier.
Third round was a final 1.5 hour onsite with my potential manager. It was less of an interview and more of a pair programming exercise, where we worked through implementing a webapp feature and it's supporting backend API.
Recruiter was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, and really did all they could to help me.
