Applied online. They got back to me within few days. Then wanted to conduct a phone interview. Phone interview was rescheduled the first time. Phone interview was pretty much basic. She explained the job position. Asked to tell her about myself and why I would fit in well. After I didn't get an offer I emailed her back asking where I went wrong. She took her time to get back to me.
