I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Turbonomic (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview on Wednesday, the same day I was referred by a current employee. I went into the office on the next day, Thursday, for an interview with a Recruitment rep, then a Regional Sales Director, then the director of Recruiting. I was walked through the office, constantly was provided with refreshments and met a lot of the staff. The office had music playing throughout, there were beach balls and ping pong tables as well as bean bag chairs and tvs. It looked like a silicon valley start up. By the time I got home that day, I received a call from the recruiter offering me the position! Needless to say, I started the following week.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Turbonomic (Reading, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Really slick.
Two weeks from first contact to accepted offer.
Initially contacted by EMEA talent director via LinkedIn, we then arranged a telephone interview.
After this I then had a F2F with the Talent Director and Sales Development Manager which was really positive but quite tough at times.
Around a week later I was invited back in to present a self made slide deck on Turbonomic as if pitching to a customer. This was challenging as the tech is very complex, but it was enjoyable none the less.
I then had a call with an offer within a couple of days.
