Went through a phone screening, initial interview in person, test project, and a second interview to test for a personality fit. Their team was very friendly and seems like a very diverse set of talents. I went through interviews with 3 different people which lasted around 2 hours during my final round and the director of the department cornered me after I slipped and said something negative about my last employer. They're apparently very sensitive to comments about a production where employees don't feel individually valued so definitely watch your words. Salary I would've been offered wasn't overly competitive, the staffing agency told me the highest it would be was 65,000.
