Vetting interview followed by an assessment (aptitude and one cost benefit analysis question.) The interview was conducted by a partner company and the entire process was enjoyable. I was given a few guesstimate problems and a few puzzles to solve.

The process began with an online assessment that involved analyzing data provided in an Excel sheet and answering related questions. The assessment also included a few behavioral questions, and I was selected for the next round.

Online assessment focused on SxS AI response comparisons. Not the most challenging assessment, with unclear and often misleading instructions. This is then followed by an interview, assuming you pass the skills assessment.
