The interview process was refreshingly direct and insightful. I particularly appreciated that it was conducted by a subject matter expert in biology, which ensured the questions were both relevant and technically substantive. It was a welcome change to engage in a meaningful discussion rooted in domain expertise rather than a generic AI-based screening. However, I would like to express some concern regarding the handling of the contract. While the hiring experience was largely positive, the decision to place the contract on hold without any prior communication or explanation was disappointing. The absence of feedback or clarity around this change has left the situation feeling unresolved and unprofessional, especially given the otherwise thoughtful approach during the interview phase.
