I joined the call for my initial 15 minute interview. I spent 6 minutes talking about technical achievements I had outside of my resume. He asked me two questions and then gave me time to ask questions. The interview was very dry and didn't seem like he was interested in me overall. I didn't understand this because he saw my resume before the initial 15 minute phone screen. The company didn't bother sending me a message that I was rejected. I sent a follow up email 2 days after, and the next day they didn't care to respond to my email. Overall unprofessional interview experience.
