The interview process began with an initial screening focused on my background, experience, and interest in Turion Space. During this stage, we discussed my technical interests and career goals. Based on the screening, candidates who move forward are given the opportunity to choose between continuing on a general software engineering track or pursuing a more specialized AI/ML track. The process was conversational and allowed me to learn more about the team’s focus areas and expectations.

There were about 5-6 rounds of interviewing. Poor communication throughout this whole process. Delays that pushed back my interviews, coupled with lack of communication and a significant amount of time invested in both interviewing and a take home assignment made this a very poor experience. The entire process took a little over 2 months and I was basically ghosted. Had to send multiple follow ups before getting a generic rejection and no feedback.
