Fake interview just meant to fulfill quotas. Applied for a position, received an invitation for a different position. No response to my inquiry about why they switched the position. Interview was fine on my end and I know I passed (the interviewer knows I passed too). It was a fake interview meant for the candidate to talk on camera. I'm a highly experienced candidate who doesn't need practice. Interviewer wasn't serious from the start, rolled his eyes a few times because he knew how great I was, wore hat on backwards with non-professional clothes, and it's a fake interview so you won't be hired even before starting. Interviewer explained the extensive 6-round interview process - commonly done on fake interviews to try to scare the candidate down (it doesn't work for me). It's a bloated response filled with lies about their interview process. Don’t ever do a take-home assignment because the company will steal your ideas for their own benefit (supposedly part of Turion’s process). Don’t even participate in a live test longer than 20-minutes (Turion said 1-hour test). Their openings want employees that can acquire and maintain high level security clearances, but their company has no data clean rooms used for clearance-specific work. What a joke. Their C-suite is too young (like kids) to know what they are doing.
