Turner Construction Internship interview questions

It was a fairly straightforward interview process, it was two rounds of interviews. They did not go into a great amount of detail within construction, it was more about learning about you.

First interview took place at my university the day after I met their representatives at our school's career fair. The first interview they asked me 4 behavioral questions and left time for me to ask some questions as well. The second interview consisted of the company flying me out to their Seattle office, where I spent the day interviewing with 4 different employees, each holding a different position within the company. I also got to go on a job site tour and attend a staff meeting. Questions asked in these interviews were more of the basic interview style, still with many behavioral questions weaved in.
