Round Robin via Zoom. Breakout rooms were assigned every 20 minutes. Organization was great and conversations flowed smoothly. Overall great interview process. Would not be opposed to using this style again.

Had an initial conversation at my career fair, then was invited back for an interview the next day, then went for a second round interview in their Detroit office where I talked to several members of the staff.

The interview process for Turner Construction is more calm and the opposite of intimidating. They are very friendly and they more so want to get to know you more than anything.
