Interview
Unfortunately, I never spoke to a real person. The process was entirely over email, which would have matched other interview processes, except that they asked for a lengthy "task" completion. I spent at least 6-8 hours studying their business and completing this task, only to never hear back. When I followed up, I got a rejection email. I found this to be a lot worse than a regular rejection, due to the amount of time and effort they asked people to put in, without acknowledgment or respect of that time (taken away from looking for other jobs).

Interview
Received an email in response to my application the next day and had a positive phone call / phone screen with hiring manager. Interviewed on the phone with the manager for this role and she was seemingly skeptical of non-traditional experience in education (i.e. alternative certification, charter school professional development). After the 2nd phone interview there would have been an in-person interview and task.
