I had an interview with the internal recruiter, and then a second interview with the hiring manager. After the second interview, I was ghosted and never received an update or reply about my candidacy. Ghosting candidates who have invested the time and effort to interview with your company is unprofessional. I’m a marketer, so I’ll also offer that this practice tarnishes the company’s brand and reputation, especially in a relationship-driven field like education. I hope the Turnitin team considers this feedback and improves its candidate experience.
