I am dissatisfied with the attitude of Turnitin's US internal recruiter. Upon applying for a position, I submitted my CV to her. As a European citizen, I applied for a role based in Europe. However, during the interview, she was initially late as she was outside. Subsequently, she expressed hesitancy to proceed with the interview upon learning that I was from Indian origin. Her lack of attentiveness to my CV reveals a deficiency in her skills, demonstrating a lack of understanding and sensitivity. Despite my extensive experience working for major Fortune 100 companies, the recruiter's focus on my looks and assumption of Indian origin reflects poorly on the company culture. Even at the end of the quick interview, she said she will forward my CV to the Hiring manager. However I dont believe, I will move forward with the process
