I ran out of patience, 30 minutes into this painful call. I finally had to gently excuse myself. I thanked her for her time, told her I didn't feel like I was the best fit for the job and wished her well. It was definitely the most out of touch experience I've ever had on any type of interview. I can't even imagine the "talent" they are recruiting with this person on their front line. Its too bad -- they are losing a great candidate, especially in a real tough market to find top talent.

We have learned from this experience. We deeply appreciate your candor and we hope it will be helpful to you to know that your feedback assisted us in "course correcting" our process going forward.
