LinkedIn application with no response, I followed up and received a call from the recruiter who was wonderful and full of spirit. Short interview with the hiring manager who immediately made it clear how busy they were and that it would be a while to wait for a decision. Waited a number of weeks for a response and was then sent a generic decline message via their ATS. I kindly asked for some detailed feedback given the time I had invested and have been ignored since, poor form Turnitin.
