Hiring manager round, product skills, take-home assignment, onsite rounds, cross-functional. The interviews and scheduling tend to be spread out, and you really have to keep pushing their HR to schedule faster; otherwise, they move at a snail pace
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard questions based on my work experience - behavioural questions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Turo
Interview
Very straightforward process: recruiter phone screening - hiring manager video chat - case study with panel
Not sure if this applies to all the HMs, my HM was really nice and friendly, who delighted the entire interview process. I got the rejection email from the HM directly and offered a phone chat opportunity to talk about specific feedback regarding the case study. He also provided a little suggestion on how I would be better in my future interviews.
During the case study presentation with the panel, people here are all very nice and welcoming. I'd love to work here if I were given the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Almost behavior questions regarding previous experience. The case study is to present a recommended solution to a specific problem of Turo
Recruiter contacted for initial phone interview. Didn't call on scheduled time. I asked to reschedule and she agreed. She missed it 2nd time as well. Contacted another recruiter through LinkedIn. He said he is going to follow up but no response from him either.
Overall very disappointing experience.
