I applied online and received a email stating that a recruiter would contact me for an initial call. The call with the recruiter was about 30min, and went over my history, typical call. State next she would set a call with team lead. Never heard from her again. Received email stating went with other candidates.
Weird application question - sexual orientation?
- Not sure why they needed to know my sexual orientation. Are they giving preferential treatment? Are they discriminating against one over others?
