The process began with an initial interview, which was a positive experience overall. Following this, I was informed that I would be progressing to the next stage. However, I was told there would be a delay of a couple of weeks due to another candidate being on holiday, and that I would be contacted to reschedule the next interview. After waiting beyond the stated timeframe without any follow-up or update, I instead received a rejection email. The lack of communication and change in direction without explanation made the process feel disorganised and unclear.
