Interview
After turning in my online application for a Business Development Intern position, I received an email back for a phone interview within 3 days. The first phone interview was talking to the HR recruiter. She was one of the nicest interviewer I have talked to. After the phone interview she set me up with another phone interview with a Business Development Rep. Throughout the process she followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Whenever I had a question through email she also got back to me promptly. So after the phone interview I finally had an in person interview at the office with about four people from the Business Development team. Unfortunately after a few days I heard back and did not get the position but the HR team was nice enough to see if I was interested in another potential internship position which I later accepted.
The process for interviewing for the new position was very similar and after interviewing I heard back within 2 days.
Overall the hiring and interview process was extremely efficient and everyone was welcoming and made sure all my questions were answered. I heard back about the results quickly. Part of the reason why I accepted the offer was of how understanding and friendly the HR team is.
