Applied for the recruiter position, but by the time I got my phone interview, the position was taken. So they let me screen for another position that was out of my skill range, which was odd, but appreciated.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2021
Interview
The first stage video interview was horrendous. The woman spent less than 10 mins talking to me. She mentioned my Dublin accent immediately and was very cold and uninterested. The guide was good but she did not follow it at all. I think it is an issue with that recruiter rather than the company itself. It was a really bad interview.
