Applied online and got an invite for the phone screening the next day. That went well and was asked to schedule a call with the hiring manager. The first interview was rescheduled due to the hiring manager’s availability. There was a scheduling error and asked the recruiter to find another time. Then I received an automatic system email saying that they’re moving forward with other candidates. It was very dismissive and unprofessional.
