      Marketing Operations Interview

      Jul 21, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio in Jul 2020

      Interview

Nine interviews in total. While nine interviews can be seen as daunting or 'too much', I felt they were extremely helpful in learning about the company as a whole from so many different perspectives/experiences. The first interview was a standard HR screening with a recruiter followed by a quick call with the Hiring Manager. From there, I met with five team members, one member from outside of Marketing all together and finally, the hiring manager again. Everyone I met with was extremely friendly and allowed plenty of time for any questions or concerns that I may have. Twilio orchestrated remote interviews very well and I felt well informed throughout the whole process.
