Interview
Step 1: tech screen on HackerRank, easy questions.
Step 2: recruiter call, scheduled a set of remote interviews.
Step 3: coding interview - the unfriendly interviewer wasn't really listening, trying to push his own solution the hard way, didn't want to settle on the n*Log(n) solution.
Step 4: hiring manager interview - all good here.
Step 5: architecture interview - all good, whatever you would expect here.
Step 6: so-called Bar Raiser - just a behavioral interview, they were trying to figure out how tolerant you are to workplace diversity. Never seen anything like that before. It felt somewhat weird.
Step 7: Rejection email.

Three-stage process: recruiter screening, a test task and on-site interview. Both test task and the on-site were simple and straightforward, with focus on practical skills. On-site included the prospective team lead, VP and a team lead from another team in the same location.
