The process was very long. I had to take a holiday from my job to go through the 6 interview process for a junior position at Twilio. There was no time to breath or take a break between interviews, the questions were all the same. Then nothing, for about two months they kept contacting me to tell me that they’re still reviewing. At that point I had stopped caring as I had already made the decision that the company wasn’t a good fit for me and my values. Then they monopolised yet another half an hour of my time to tell me that I was not successful because another candidate was a better fit. No further feedback. Just that. Then they asked if it would be ok to contact me in future if the position became available again. What a joke of a company and HR department ! The company doesn’t respect the precious time that candidates are allocating for these lengthy and exhausting interview days. No feedback whatsoever and although the employees were very friendly, there was an obvious lack of interview experience.
