So many rounds of interviews - 5! Including Interview with 2 team members. They asked detailed work questions but knew I have a lapse as per my resume so I couldn’t remember super detailed experiences anymore. Instead of focusing on soft skills critical for a sales role, they looked for detailed hard skills and excel skills which can be easily picked up at work given that I was from a top 10 school in the WORLD, just that I haven’t been in the corporate world for a long time as I was a sme company owner for several years.
