Twilio Support Manager interview questions

Lack of interest, lack of engagement yet they are screening you but most of time feels like they want you to screen them. If what you read online seems unreal and bit untrue about their recruiting process: it's true. everything on paper seems like positive culture and light with the brand. Until you actually speak to someone and you see these people don't practice their company culture or message. My advice to anyone applying for a role this company, don't. It is a very condescending recruiting team. Makes me appreciate of my current role and company a sight bit. this experience so disturbing I had to post something. typically I do not feel compelled to do so to save other job seekers time.
