Twitch Communication Manager interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter about a week later. Recruiter confirmed phone screen then did not show up for the call. I reached back out and they rescheduled for later that week. Call lasted 30 minutes and consisted of questions around relevant work experience. Recruiter said an update would be provided within a week and they never followed up again to close out the interview loop. All communications with the team felt unprofessional and disorganized.
