The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch in Sep 2011
Interview
I directly applied to justin.tv and was contacted a week later by their recruiter and asked to solve one of their problems posted on the website. After solving these problems the recruiter provided some details and insight about justin.tv and provided an overview about the interview process.
For the first phone interview the interviewer seemed to be unprepared and the technical questions where easy and simple. For the second phone interview the interviewer seemed to be more senior and more prepared. This was the last round i participated.
In general there seem to be multiple phone interviews before you get invited onsite. After solving the provided problems the process was fast and very smooth.
I passed the Codesignal pre-screen and was invited to an intro call. The intro call included behavioral questions which I didn’t expect so I was not able to give good answers. The recruiter seemed cold and disengaged, he did not answer my email about interview process and did not turn on camera during the call, probably typical for big companies due to high volume of candidates.
At first I got the call from the recruiter for the screening process. Asked about the things on the resume work I did before. Then progressed to assesment round that consisted of OOPS coding question.

Question 1
one OOPS coding question was given in the OA 2 hrs max.
A recruiter reached out and described the role, sent out an online CodeSignal assessment. Afterwards waited a few days to receive invite to a 45-minute technical interview with the hiring manager.
